It has been brought to my attention by one of my constituents, Ms. Alison Mullins, that the Texas Department of Health is in the process of establishing new rules for the Statewide Immunization Registry. She has informed me of her concerns with the proposed rules, and has sent you a detailed letter expressing her desire to make some changes to the suggested Immunization Registry. At your convenience, I would like a copy of the Department's response to Ms. Mullins' concerns for our information and records.
